Carol Lee-Faust, MD

Dr. Carol Lee-Faust is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Center For Sight with over 25 years of experience in comprehensive eye care. She focuses on general ophthalmology with a special interest in glaucoma, external eye diseases, and dry eye disease.

Background

Dr. Carol Lee-Faust is a board-certified ophthalmologist with more than 25 years of experience in comprehensive eye care. Dr. Lee-Faust earned her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia before earning her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency at Temple University Hospital, also located in Philadelphia.

With a background spanning both engineering and medicine, Dr. Lee-Faust brings an analytical, detail-oriented, and patient-centered approach to eye care. After more than two decades in private practice, Dr. Lee-Faust has joined the Center For Sight team as a medical ophthalmologist. She has extensive experience in the medical treatment of a wide range of eye conditions, with particular expertise in glaucoma, external eye diseases, and dry eye disease. 

Dr. Lee-Faust is a member of the American Medical Association, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and a member of the Arizona Ophthalmological Society. As a medical ophthalmologist at Center For Sight, Dr. Lee-Faust diagnoses and treats a broad spectrum of eye diseases.

A lifelong commitment to service has been central to Dr. Lee-Faust’s career. It was her desire to help others that led her to transition from engineering to medicine. She has also volunteered at a free medical clinic through St. Vincent de Paul, providing eye care to uninsured individuals in need.

Outside of work, Dr. Lee-Faust enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and rescuing wildlife.
